The Orthopaedic Institute of Western Kentucky (OIWK) offers a suite of orthopedic services that address the body from neck-to-toe. Each one is administered by a specialist who has risen to the top of their field and a support staff of physician assistants, nurses, therapists, technologists, and medical assistants. Best of all, you don’t have to drive long hours to receive care. Our facility is located in the heart of Western Kentucky.
What We Can Do For You
Joint Replacement / Reconstruction
Call the OIWK Total Joint Center if you experience painful stiffness, swelling, or any other discomfort that impacts your joints. Our medical providers have fellowship-training in complex hip and knee issues. They can diagnose your condition, replace or reconstruct your joints, or repair existing replacements and reconstructions.
Sports Medicine
The OIWK Sports Medicine Center cares not only for athletes but also for anyone with an active lifestyle. This department includes physicians, athletic trainers, and physical therapists with advanced training in treating soft tissue injuries, bone fractures, and joint issues.
